Job Title: Business Outreach Associate (Las Vegas, Part-Time + Commission)

Experience Level: Entry to Mid-Level (Sales experience helpful, but not required)
About the Role:
We’re looking for a dynamic, outgoing individual to represent BizlyApp, a fast-growing software platform helping small businesses grow through automation.
In this unique position, you’ll be the friendly face (and voice) introducing local business owners to a free media opportunity. This will serve as the starting point for a bigger journey—handled entirely by another internal team.
This is not your typical sales role. There’s no pitching, closing, or chasing deals. Instead, your job is simple:
✔️ Show up to community events, local businesses, or networking functions
✔️ Share an exciting free media opportunity with business owners
✔️ Get them to say “yes” to something they already want
From there, our in-house team takes over to schedule, demo, and close the deal. If the business signs up, you earn 20% recurring commission for the life of the customer. That means real, long-term passive income—without high-pressure sales tactics.
What You’ll Actually Do:
- Attend (at minimum) one local business event per week (we’ll help identify them)
- Spend a few hours each week at our Las Vegas office (collaborating with the team)
- Connect with local business owners—via events, visits, phone calls, or social media
- Offer them a free, high-visibility media opportunity
- Pass their contact info to our internal team for next steps
- Watch your recurring commissions build over time
